Everything You Need to Get Started
Each Cricket Egg Guardian™ Complete System includes:

1 Incubation & Hatching Housing with Lid
Approximately 10” x 7.5” x 6” tall, providing a dedicated environment for incubating cricket eggs and housing newly hatched pinheads.

4 Lay Bin Trays
Four individual trays allow you to rotate fresh laying medium through your breeding colony while previously collected eggs incubate separately.

4 Cricket Egg Guardian™ Thatched Lids
Designed to protect the laying medium and eggs while allowing female crickets access to deposit their eggs.

4 Solid Incubation Lids
After a Lay Bin is removed from the breeding colony, replace the Thatched Lid with a Solid Incubation Lid for the incubation stage.

12 Compressed Organic Coco Coir Disks
Just add water and the compressed disks expand into the laying medium needed for your Cricket Egg Guardian™ trays. Use 3 disks per Lay Bin, giving you enough coco coir to prepare all 4 included Lay Bin, one time.

Conveniently adds moisture to the coco coir as needed during the laying and incubation process.

Monitor temperature and humidity inside your incubation and hatching environment.

The Cricket Egg Guardian™ Complete System is designed around a simple four-stage process.
LAY
Hydrate 3 organic coco coir disks and prepare a Lay Bin for your breeding colony.
PROTECT
Add the Cricket Egg Guardian™ Thatched Lid, giving female crickets access to the laying medium while helping protect the eggs below.
INCUBATE
Remove the Lay Bin from your breeding colony, switch to the Solid Incubation Lid, and place the tray inside the Incubation & Hatching Housing. Set in a warm area such as on top or below a reptile enclosure.
HATCH
Monitor the incubation environment and wait for your new generation of tiny pinhead crickets to emerge.
Then prepare your next tray and keep the cycle going.
